The Higher Institute of Media at Kobani University organized a training workshop in collaboration with Banos Film, as part of its efforts to enhance media skills and develop the competencies of its students.

The workshop was led by film director Mr. Azad Afdaki, the director of Banos Film, and Ms. Zilan Hamo, a member of the company. It spanned two days.

The workshop aimed to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills in cinematic filmmaking and artistic imagery. It included lessons in the following areas:

1. Fundamentals and rules of artistic imagery and cinematography.

2. Modern filming techniques.

3. Professional camera techniques, camera components, and professional lenses.

Through such initiatives, the Higher Institute of Media at Kobani University strives to provide an advanced educational environment that contributes to preparing a new generation of creative media professionals and academics, while keeping students updated with the latest developments in the modern media world.
