Faculty of Education

The Faculty of Education at Kobani University was opened at the beginning of the academic year 2022-2023

The social, scientific and academic importance of the College of Education revolves around the fact that it seeks to improve the building of society, its growth and progress in the direction of development, and to spread the educational culture based on educational principles among those working with children of all segments.

It aims to:

1- Preparing qualified and experienced teachers capable of effective teaching in the primary grades.

2- Understanding the theories and approaches related to curricula, in terms of their foundations and means of planning.

3- Teaching  methods of teaching, and methods of it's application and practicing.

4- Active contribution in a positive way to the process of socialization of the child on modern scientific and educational bases.

5- Maintaining a high level of professional ethics among graduates.

The departments in the College of Education for the year 2022-2023 are the class teacher section only.

Fields of work available to graduates of the college:

1- As teaching assistants at the university.

2- Work as teachers in schools
