The Environmental Authority, in cooperation with Kobani University, organized an afforestation campaign in Tel Mishtanour as part of efforts to promote environmental awareness. A number of university students and staff participated in the campaign, during which dozens of trees were planted with the aim of protecting the environment and improving the natural landscape of the hil.

The campaign took place on May 1st, coinciding with International Workers' Day, which gave it a symbolic character reflecting the importance of volunteer work in serving the community and the environment
