Today, at Kobanî University, the master's thesis of assistant lecturer Abdulkarim Aloush, from the Department of Kurdish Language and Literature, was defended under the title:

"The Horizon of the Reader in the Kurdish Novel: A Case Study of 99 Scattered Grains by Halim Yousuf."

The thesis was prepared under the supervision of Dr. Rafiq Suleiman, a specialist in linguistics.

The examination committee consisted of the following members:

Dr. Rafiq Suleiman, thesis supervisor.

Dr. Luqman Koldavi, a specialist in oral literature.

Dr. Dawood Yashleman, a specialist in Kurdish novels.

Notably, this thesis is the first to be presented on Kurdish literature and linguistics at the level of west of Kurdistan and Syria. Several other theses are expected to be presented in the coming period.
