The final match of the Euphrates Canton Teachers’ Union Championship was held today at Hussein Mamit Stadium. This year’s tournament was organized under the title “Martyrs of the Kark Family Championship.”
The final witnessed a match between the University team and the Kobani Teachers’ team in a spirited and enthusiastic sporting atmosphere.
The match ended with a victory for the Kobani University team, winning 2-0 and claiming the tournament title.
Additionally, the University team’s goalkeeper, Captain Mohammed Abdi, was awarded the Best Goalkeeper of the tournament in recognition of his
outstanding performance.
