On the occasion of May 15, Kurdish Language Day, a special lecture was held today at Kobani University for students, focusing on the Kurdish language and the importance of awareness about it. The lecture centered on several key themes, most notably the commitment to using the mother tongue and the importance of promoting a culture of reading and writing in Kurdish in order to preserve cultural identity.

At the end of the lecture, a discussion was held with the students about the current status of the Kurdish language in the region.
